Henry's Thanksgiving Day Hustle 5K Presented by Kopf Running:

Join us as Kopf Running presents the 8th Annual Henry's Hustle 5K benefiting the Muscular Dystrophy Association in honor of our friend, Henry Betts! We are collecting monetary donations for the Muscular Dystrophy Association (proceeds from entry fees also go to MDA)!

You have options! Choose one of the following for our virtual event: 

• Virtual 5K ($10)
  • Complete the 5K distance anytime between November 26-December 6

• Virtual 5K + T-Shirt to Be Picked Up ($20)
  • Complete the 5K distance anytime between November 26-December 6
  • T-shirt included to be picked up at a virtual packet pick up in Lake in the Hills 

• Virtual 5K + T-Shirt to Be Picked Up ($25)
  • Complete the 5K distance anytime between November 26-December 6
  • T-shirt included and will be shipped to participant

Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 26, 2020-Thursday, December 6, 2020 - complete the virtual 5K at any time during that week and upload results on this website!

J3 Timing will help facilitate unofficial results based on participant uploads to this website during virtual race week.

Packet Pick Up 

Those that choose the virtual 5K + t-shirt to be picked up will be contacted with further packet pick up info!

Other Information

• Run/Walk participants must be 5 years or older, and Kids Dash participants must be 12 months or older.
• All participants under the age of 18 years must have a parent register them via online or in person registration.
